Publishing The Word Of Faith Publishing department was founded in 1993. In one of the church meetings pastor Giedrius Saulytis gave a prophetic message: "Take your pens, dip them into the ink of the Holy Spirit and start writing. As you preached the Gospel in this nation, now you will begin to do that in writen form also", - says the Lord". As a result of this prophesy, there gathered those people who felt the calling and had professional skils to do the job. The first fruit was newspaper "Church News". It was the first regular Protestant newspaper in the post-communist Lithuania. Soon we started to publish books written by Lithuanian pastors and foreign translations as well. It was as early spring rain to the Lithuanian land that was like a spiritual desert during long years of Communist regime. However, the bigest and most important job was Lithuanian Bible translation, published by our department in 1996. Till that time Lithuanian Christians did not have a proper Lithuanian Bible printed in one book. God supernaturally provided for this tremendous task and blessed the nation with His biggest blessing - His Word. By now we have printed three editions with 17000 copies in print. The Word Of Faith Publishing today releases 16 pages volume newspaper "The Shepherd" which comes out twice a month and a lot of books which are edifying and nourturing Christians in all over Lithuania.
